Founded in 2017 by Juan Charry, our company was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges and frustrations that buyers, sellers, and investors often face in the market.
Juan has specialized in assisting foreigners in purchasing Real Estate, making the process seamless and stress-free. His background includes extensive Property Sales experience that started years ago in Australia, and now a long way of sales and investments experience collected in Medellin, which has equipped him with the knowledge and expertise to navigate diverse property markets effectively.
